Cottage Rentals

 

Our waterfront and waterview cottages feature 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen, making them ideal for couples, families, and small fishing groups visiting the St. Augustine Beach area.

The duplex cottage is ideal for larger groups, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 full kitchens, giving each family or group their own space.

Each cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, wireless internet, gas grill,  and dining table.

Guests also enjoy free parking, access to a boat ramp and dockage, a heated pool, an oceanfront walkover, an onsite bait and tackle shop, and convenient coin-operated laundry facilities.

Each cottage is stocked with essential room amenities to make your stay comfortable, including fresh linens, toiletries, a coffee maker with starter coffee packs, TVs with cable, hair dryers, and irons.

Cottage guests may use the floating docks for fishing and boating, however dock space is limited and not guaranteed.

Yes. Registered cottage guests have 24-hour access to the dock for fishing during their stay.

Yes. Guests have access to a private beach walkover located directly across A1A.

No. Pets are not allowed in the cottages or surrounding cottage areas.

Boat Rentals

No. Boat rentals are available to both resort guests and the general public. Reservations are recommended due to limited availability.

If you were born after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires you to have a NASBLA-approved boating safety certificate. If you were born before that date, the certificate is not required.

Yes. Both the 16′ Carolina skiff and the 20′ pontoon are great for fishing the Intracoastal Waterway near St. Augustine.

Boat rentals include life jackets for adults and children, a full tank of fuel at departure, and basic safety equipment required by Florida boating regulations.

Rental boats may travel within the local Intracoastal Waterway area, including waters near St. Augustine, Matanzas Inlet, and Palm Coast.

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring coolers with food and drinks to enjoy while exploring the river.
